Memorial Day Weekend Recap
I hope you all had a wonderful long weekend! Ours was full of food and friends. Here are a few photos from the weekend (fair warning: many are of handsome little Bo!).
For those of you who are curious, the recipes we used are from Rick Bayless’s website. We made our own take on “Grilled Corn with a Twist,” a beautiful “Heirloom Tomato ‘Carpaccio’ with Tomatillo Salad, Avocado and Fresh Herbs,” and strawberry jalapeno limeade cocktails (with gin) using his “Fresh Limeade.”
